  Functional features of the whole machine

1. The unwinding adopts active unwinding, equipped with a single/bi-directional automatic film cutting device, and a closed-loop constant tension control system to maintain stable material tension, reliable operation, taper tension control, and high controllability precision; equipped with an automatic edge correction device;

2. Before coating the substrate, a special explosion-proof ion rod static eliminator is installed to ensure the safety and explosion-proof of the coating head; a double-sided contact dust removal device is optional before coating to ensure the surface cleanliness of the coating material;

3. Main coating process: using micro-concave reverse coating and slit extrusion coating, suitable for quantitative application of various types of glue;

4. The oven adopts a clamshell structure, which is safe and easy to clean, has good sealing, and is designed with no dead ends inside. The outer shell is made by laser cutting of steel plates; the ovens in sections 1 to 3 of the oven are equipped with combustible gas concentration monitoring, and the oven is equipped with a water washing system to meet the needs of oven cleaning. , add an explosion-proof pressure relief valve on the top of the oven;

The 1st~3# oven belongs to the solvent volatilization section, and is equipped with an optional concentration detection and alarm device; the oven fan stops alarming and fault display functions to facilitate maintenance;

7. The traction, coating head, unwinding, cooling traction and rewinding are made of a whole set of steel plates to improve its strength and precision. The independent structure ensures the smooth operation of the whole machine;

Tension control of the whole machine: PLC centralized control, touch screen control and monitoring of the working status of the whole machine, integrated design of machinery, electricity and gas, with complete safety protection functions, capable of intelligently identifying the working status of the whole machine and judging faults, winding and The coating head can be controlled by touch screen.

14. All light-load bearings of the whole machine use the Japanese NSK brand, and the key bearings use the SKF brand.

15. The surfaces of all transition aluminum rollers are hard-oxidized, and the diameter of the bearings at both ends is 17mm ; the diameter of the bearings of the oven roller is 30mm ;

All transition rollers are balanced with a bias weight of less than 5g to ensure flexible operation;
