First, the tape slitting machine does not wind up uniformly. Most of this situation is due to the unsuitable paper core. As long as the paper core is replaced with a paper core that meets the required inner diameter, and the winding pressure roller is used during the winding process, uneven winding of the slitter can also be avoided.
Second, meter counting is inaccurate. For this problem, you can put both wheels of the meter wheel in contact with the feeding rubber roller at the same time, and make a mark on the meter wheel by hand turning it 5 times to count 1 meter, otherwise replace the meter.
Third, the material is cut and rolled. This is mainly due to incorrect winding tension. Adjust the appropriate winding tension of the paper slitting machine. Use a pressure roller for winding and wrap the slit material through the pressure roller before entering the winding paper core.
